Refund Policy

At AgBharat, we are committed to providing high-quality digital agriculture courses, consultations, and learning experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. Consultations (Paid Sessions)

  • Once a consultation session is booked and payment is completed, the slot is reserved exclusively for you.

  • Refunds are not provided for completed consultations.

  • If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 12 hours before the scheduled time at no extra cost.

  • If AgBharat must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose:

    • A full refund, or

    • A free rescheduled session.

2. Digital Courses & Certificates

Digital courses, certificate programs, and downloadable learning materials are non-refundable, as full access is granted immediately upon purchase.

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same course.

  • Technical errors causing payment without access to the course.

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Workshops, Webinars & Training Programs

  • Refunds are allowed only if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.

  • No refunds are issued for:

    • No-shows

    • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours)

    • Partially attended events

If AgBharat cancels the event, attendees can receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • A seat in the next batch (user’s choice).

4. Payment Issues

If your payment is:

  • Cut but not reflected

  • Failed but debited

  • Charged twice

Please email us with transaction details.
If the payment gateway confirms the issue, a refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to: support@agbharat.org
Include:

  • Full Name

  • Contact Number

  • Order ID or Payment Reference

  • Reason for Refund

  • Screenshots (if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 2–3 business days.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Partial usage of course materials

  • Unable to attend due to personal schedule conflicts

  • Misuse or sharing of purchased materials

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds take 7–10 working days to reflect in your bank or original payment method.
Processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
