Who We Are: AgBharath Global Sustainability Alliance Association is a Section 8 company established on 6th September 2025 under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U88900TS2025NPL203594). We are a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing awareness about digital agricultural benefits, farmer prosperity, training, and rural empowerment through Sustainable employment and entrepreneurship creation.
Agreement: By using our website (https://www.agbharat.org), mobile applications, or any of our services, you agree to follow these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

3. User Registration and Account Management
Account Setup Requirements:
- Information Accuracy: Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- Verification Process: Mobile number verification may be required for account activation
- Security Responsibility: Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
- Account Activity: You are solely responsible for all activities under your account
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent (as per Indian Majority Act, 1875)
- Corporate Users: Must have proper authorization and valid registrations under applicable laws
- Legal Compliance: Must comply with all applicable central and state laws
- Training Programs: Must meet program-specific eligibility criteria
- Genuine Intent: Entrepreneurs seeking support must have genuine intent for sustainable rural business development
- Educational Partners: Institutions must have proper accreditation for partnership programs
Account Management:
- Security Obligations: Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
- Termination Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
4. Subscription, Payment Terms and Non-Profit Operations
Service Pricing Structure:
- Free Services: Core educational content and basic training programs
- Paid Services: Specialized training programs with minimal fees strictly for cost recovery and program sustainability
- Pricing Transparency: All subscription plans and pricing displayed clearly on our website and applications
- Currency: All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST)
- Payment Timing: Payment required in advance for subscription services
Payment Processing and Compliance:
- Secure Processing: Payments processed through RBI-approved payment gateways only
- Record Keeping: We maintain transaction records as per applicable financial regulations
- Tax Obligations: TDS will be deducted as per Income Tax Act, 1961, where applicable
- GST Compliance: Tax invoices provided as per GST rules for paid services
Section 8 Company Financial Transparency:
- Non-Profit Operations: All revenues used solely for digital agriculture awareness and rural empowerment activities – no profits distributed to members/directors
- Regulatory Filing: Annual financial statements filed with Ministry of Corporate Affairs as required
- Mission Alignment: Surplus funds (if any) utilized exclusively for training, awareness, and rural development programs
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
- Refund Period: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment
- Processing Timeline: Refunds processed within 14 working days after approval
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
- Subscription Management: Users can manage subscription settings through account dashboard
5. User Conduct, Rights and Responsibilities
Permitted Activities:
- Learn from our training programs and use our educational platforms
- Participate in community discussions and knowledge sharing
- Apply digital agriculture knowledge in your farming practices
- Connect with other farmers, experts, and rural entrepreneurs
- Access free and paid services as per your subscription
User Obligations and Legal Compliance:
- Information Accuracy: Provide honest details in training applications and programs
- Legal Adherence: Comply with all applicable central, state, and local laws of India
- Intellectual Property Respect: Follow Copyright Act, 1957; Patents Act, 1970; Trade Marks Act, 1999
- Data Integrity: Provide accurate personal and professional information, update as needed
- Account Security: Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
Prohibited Activities:
Legal Violations:
- Violate any central, state, or local laws of India
- Engage in activities prohibited under IT Act 2000 (cyber crimes, hacking, etc.)
- Participate in money laundering or terrorism financing activities
Platform Misuse:
- Upload harmful, offensive, defamatory, or obscene content
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or user accounts
- Interfere with platform security or functionality
- Engage in spamming or unsolicited communications
Educational Program Violations:
- Provide false information in training applications
- Misuse training resources for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Share proprietary training materials without permission
- Disrupt training sessions or educational programs
Section 8 Compliance Violations:
- Use platform for profit-making activities not aligned with our charitable objects
- Extract personal profit from our not-for-profit educational services
- Misrepresent association with our organization for commercial gain
Enforcement and Consequences:
Account Actions: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activities, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity (12+ months with notice).
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Content Management
Company-Owned Content:
- Platform Assets: All content, software, technology, training materials, logos, and databases on our platforms
- Educational Materials: Training videos, curricula, research materials, and educational resources
- User License: Users granted limited, non-exclusive license for personal or educational purposes only
User-Generated Content:
- Ownership Rights: You retain ownership of content you submit through our Services
- Usage Authorization: By submitting content, you grant us non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute for service delivery
- Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for accuracy and legality of your content
- Content Management: We reserve right to remove content violating these Terms
Intellectual Property Development:

Force Majeure Events:
- Natural disasters, pandemics, or acts of God affecting program delivery

Maximum Liability Limitation:
Legal Liability Cap: Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will never exceed:
- For Free Services: INR 1,000 (One Thousand Rupees only)
- For Paid Services: The amount you paid for the specific program in the preceding 12 months
- Absolute Maximum: INR 25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand Rupees only) per user per incident
This limitation reflects our not-for-profit mission and applies regardless of the legal theory of liability.

- Farm size (number of acres), crop names and varieties, plantation/sowing dates
